If yoga does accomplish all that—and many practitioners have experienced this to be true in their own lives—how exactly does yoga do it? How does yoga work?
On today’s Broken Brain Podcast, our host, Dhru, talks to Eddie Stern, a yoga teacher, author, and lecturer based in Brooklyn, New York. He is known for his multidisciplinary approach to furthering education and access to yoga, as well as his teaching expertise in Ashtanga Yoga. This gentle and relaxing full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your physical + mental healthy by reducing stress. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. This class is for all levels.
We begin with a gentle flow of child’s pose to cobra with a side body and lower back stretch, locust pose to open the shoulders and a seated toe stretch. Back in January when we released gen 1 of the @popflexactive flared legging (or yoga pants for us millennials and beyond 🥲) I didn’t expect them to sell out so fast! But instead of just remaking the same flares for you guys which would have taken about 3 months, I made the decision to redevelop this style again…which took nearly 9 months to arrive at gen 2.
Why?
When it comes to serving you guys, there’s things that can bring you immediate gratification, but then there’s things that are temporarily frustrating but 100% worth waiting for.
Look, I don’t believe in a life of not improving. Either for myself or my products. So here’s why you had to wait:

1. Added the crisscross waistband from our most viral legging to enhance your hourglass shape ✔️
2. Added POCKETSSSSSS but also made them super sleek and nearly invisible ✔️
3. Upgraded the fabric to ButterSmooth for a stretchier feel that is less prone to shrinkage! It fits like a hug and you can run in them without them falling down. They’re performance level flares.
